We aim for high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and third-party outages may affect availability.
If liability is found, our aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is greater.
